摘要 PURPOSE: A heat insulating and buffering material is provided to smoothly drain leaked water flowed and to intercept the leaked water as improving heat insulating effect. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating and buffering material is divided into an upper waterproof layer(11) and a lower heat insulating and buffering layer(12). And many protrusions(13) are formed lengthwise at the lower surface of the lower heat insulating and buffering layer. The upper waterproof layer is formed to be flat to maintain a smoothness using the material for not leaking water. The lower heat insulating and buffering layer is produced by extruding a waste tire to a small chip processed to be integral with the upper waterproof layer. At the lower heat insulating and buffering layer, an air layer is formed to minimize delivery speed of heat. Therefore, the heat insulating effect is improved, and the water leaked is drained by flowing smoothly.
