PURPOSE: An LCD computer is provided to reduce the size of the computer by making an area of an LCD module identical to a housing area of a rear case, and simplify the assembling process by using an insertion assembling method without a screw when assembling the LCD module with the rear case. CONSTITUTION: The LCD computer comprises a main body(90), an LCD device(50), an assembly groove(31a), a bent part(32a) and a snap fit shape assembly protrusion(8). The main body(90) processes data. The LCD device(50) includes a case(1) with the rear case(7) and the front case(5), and the LCD module(30). The LCD module(30) comprises a mold frame(31) having a hollow rectangular parallelepiped with an upper face opening, and housing sequentially a reflection plate, a light transmission plate connected to a lamp assembly, optical sheets, an LCD pannel and a PCB processing signals from the main body(90) and transmitting the processed signals to a TFT board. A stainless steel top chassis(32) is assembled with the mold frame(31) and one area of the LCD pannel except an effective display area. The LCD module(30) is fixed to the rear case(7) by using the assembly grooves(31a) formed on the parallel faces of the mold frame(31) and the bent part(32a), formed in the top chassis(32a), corresponding to the grooves(31a).
