MAGNETO-RESISTANCE SENSOR USING BI-DIRECTIONAL CURRENT HAVING VOLUNTARY ANGLE

摘要

PURPOSE: A magneto-resistance sensor using bi-directional current having voluntary angle is provided to enhance a sensitivity and a linearity of an input and output signal by providing a current in a bi-direction to adjust an intensity and a direction of the current. CONSTITUTION: A magneto-resistance sensor provides a bi-directional current in a horizontal direction and a voluntary angle(theta) and measures a voltage the voluntary angle(theta) to the horizontal direction. The magneto-resistance sensor measures a change of a resistance to an intensity of a magnetic field in 90 degree to an anisotropic magneto-resistance(AMR) such as a sample of a NiFe(30nm)/NiO(30nm). The resistance measured value is obtained by an anisotropic resistance change.
