PURPOSE: A transparent resin composition and preparation method thereof are provided, which are characterized in that permanent anti-static agent is mixed with transparent resin, thus the composition is excellent in chemical resistance, workability, and transparency. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving anti-static property of compound uses monomers like meta-acryl acid, acryl acidic alkyl ester compound, aromatic vinyl compound, or vinyl cyan compound. These monomers are added to poly butadiene rubber and are grafted. Then, an anti-static agent such as poly amide elastomer, polyester elastomer, or degenerated vinyl compound is added. This plastic compound controls contents of each component, so refraction efficiency is appropriate.
