PURPOSE: A system for detecting a presence of a mobile phone and blocking a call of the same are provided to restrict the use of the mobile phone in a public place. CONSTITUTION: A system for detecting a presence of a mobile phone and blocking a call of the same include a detecting part(100) for detecting an electric wave between the mobile phone and a base station and an electric wave generating part(300) for generating an electric wave for interrupting the electric wave between the mobile phone and the base station. The electric wave generating part(300) is operated by signals outputted from a mono stable multi vibrator(200) controlled by the signals from the detecting part(100).
