Dihydropyridine derivatives represented by the following formula: <CHEM> analogs thereof and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided. These compounds are usable as N-type calcium channel antagonists, particularly therapeutic agents for various diseases such as acute stage of ischemic cerebrovascular disorders caused by cerebral infarction or intracerebral bleeding, and Alzheimer's disease. |
