PURPOSE: A green fluorescent material for three wavelength lamp is provided, which is characterized in that phosphate salts, represented by MaHbPO4, is added to boron or boron oxide before sinter ring process. Thus, it has even particle shape as well as particle size range. CONSTITUTION: The fluorescent lamp which has three wavelength has coated with emulsion inside of a glass tube. This emulsion is mixed with fluorescent substances which emit red, green, and blue colors. The green fluorescent substance is related with emitting light very much. A rare-earth element based phosphate which has developed in 1976 has a simple manufacturing process and long life. So, a rare-earth element based phosphate will be used for precursor, and a fusing agent will be added. Then, the fluorescent substance will be improved the emission efficiency. |
