PURPOSE: A method for preparing high transparent polypropylene film is provided for achieving improved surface property, transparency, anti-static electricity and printing ability by applying inorganic fine particles and quaternary ammonium layer on one side, and inorganic fine particles and acrylic resin layer on the other side of the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing high transparent polypropylene film is carried out by longitudinally drawing a propylene resin sheet having a melting index of 1-20(g/10min) and 140-180 deg.C of melting point after extrusion-molding it; applying 10-50 wt.% of acrylic resin solution containing 0.01-0.1 wt.% of spherical inorganic fine particles on one side of the sheet; and applying 1-10 wt.% of quaternary ammonium solution of formula (wherein R1 is C10-C20 alkyl or alkoxy group; R2 is linear C1-C3 alkyl or hydroxyalkyl group; R3 and R4 are C1-C4 alkyl group; and X- is relative anion) containing 0.01-0.1 wt.% of spherical inorganic fine particles on the other side of the sheet in 100-300 Angstrom thickness for both of the applied layers. The acrylic resin has average molecular weight of 10,000-300,000 g/mol and a glass transition point of 30-100 deg.C.
