PURPOSE: An electric vehicle is provided to have an air conditioning device realizing a refrigerating function without using coolant by using a heat exchanger and a refrigerating turbine, and to be very effective in preventing contamination since coolant isn't used. CONSTITUTION: The electric vehicle comprises a gas turbine engine, a generator(25) connected to a turbine, a motor(22) connected to the generator, a battery(21) connected to the generator and motor as well as a heat exchanger(31) and a refrigerating turbine(32). The heat exchanger(31) is connected to a compressor(26) to refrigerate gas of high pressure introduced from the compressor. The refrigerating turbine(32) is connected to the heat exchanger(31) and expands gas of lower temperature and high pressure introduced from the heat exchanger.
