PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electric plate for a lithium secondary battery is provided to increase bonding force of an active material layer formed on a current collector, and to decrease connecting resistance by coating a mixture of carbon powder and a binder on the current collector. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electric plate for a lithium secondary battery comprises the steps of: spraying a mixed liquor(22) of carbon powder and a binder on the current collector(21) by a spraying apparatus(23); coating the mixture by charging with electricity of the mixture and the current collector, so that a predetermined potential difference can be generated on the current collector; and regulating quantity sprayed from the mixture, by measuring streaming current on the current collector.
