发明名称 REFAIR FUSE RATCH CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE: A circuit for latching a repair fuse is provided to shorten a latch time as latching information of a repair fuse cell when a power voltage is zero volt by using a large number of inverters as a latch portion and a delay portion. CONSTITUTION: The circuit includes a latch portion(10), an initializing portion(20), a buffer portion(30) and a control signal generating portion. The latch portion makes the information latch and outputs the latched information. The information respectively is applied through first and second NMOS transistors by the first control signal. The initializing portion initializes the latch portion by the second control unit. The buffer portion buffers a signal from the latch portion and outputs the buffered signal through an output terminal. The control signal generating portion generates the first and second control signals which respectively are applied the gate of the first and second NMOS transistors and the initializing portion. The latch portion provides a large number of inverters. Outputs of the inverters respectively are returned to an input terminal of each of the inverters.
