PURPOSE: A device for removing a sulfur oxide among exhaust gas is provided to effectively remove the sulfur oxide contained in exhaust gas exhausted from a power plant and an industrial establishment. CONSTITUTION: A jetting nozzle of slurry(110) to jet the slurry of absorbing liquid in the upper part based on a dispersing plate of gas(160), an inducing pipe of exhaust gas(120), and a secondary branch pipe(140) integrated with a first branch pipe(130), the dispersing plate of gas(160), and an overflow plate(161) are installed inside an absorbing tower(200). An air inlet for oxidizing(180) to oxidize a H2SO3 formed by absorbing a SO2 gas among the exhaust gas into the absorbing liquid, an inlet of limestone slurry(170) to neutralize a sulfuric acid generated by oxidizing the H2SO3 among the absorbing liquid, and an agitator(190) to uniformly disperse the air for oxidizing and to uniformly mix a gypsum generated by the reaction of the sulfuric acid and the limestone are installed in the lower part of the dispersing plate of gas(160). A pump(150) to send the absorbing liquid of slurry type to the jetting nozzle of slurry(110) is installed in the outside of the absorbing tower(200).
