PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of wrinkles on transfer material on which an unfixed toner image is transferred and which is held and carried by a nip part between a fixing roller and a pressure roller. SOLUTION: By optionally setting the number of teeth of gears 21 to 25 connected between the fixing roller and the pressure roller and rotating the follower pressure roller at a rotational speed higher than that of the fixing roller which is rotary-driven by a driving means, the occurrence of the wrinkles on the transfer material held and carried by the nip part between the fixing roller and the pressure roller is prevented.
