PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a step track follow-up system wherein the one step angle variation is avoided to operate normally. SOLUTION: When the rotational driving direction of a motor to be driven does not match the rotational driving direction just before driving it, the driving time per step of motor rotation is increased (S11, S12, S13). This driving time is the time of the step size Scv plus a backlash correction value. This compensates the one-step driving angle when the driving direction changes to generate the backlash, and hence the one-step angle variation can be avoided to realize a normal operation.
