<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device making a driving IC a small scale by canceling a final stage output buffer circuit of the driving IC and suppressing a delay of a signal waveform. SOLUTION: An output buffer circuit 15 of a gate line driving IC 3 supplying signal potential to a gate line 19 of an LCD substrate 1 having a display area 2 constituted so that the signal potential is supplied by a gate line 19 and a source line arranged so as to be intersected with the gate line 19 is formed on the LCD substrate 1, and by constituting so that the gate line driving IC 3 outputs the signal potential to the gate line 19 through the output buffer circuit 15, the size of the gate line driving IC 3 is reduced.</p> |
