PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect sales management and expense management, which have been separately executed, in terms of a program and to supply practical gain and loss/rough profit management in sales management. SOLUTION: A 'sales management program' and an 'expense management program' are made to be one program. In the 'expense management program', the item of expense management and a budget are set. An expense detail input screen is separately generated and he generated expense is inputted in detail by dividing it into the sales management items for every date, store, person in charge, customer, and commodity classification. Then, buying/selling difference by sales management and the inputted amount of expense detail data are subtracted and precise gain and loss/rough profit amounts for every sales management item are outputted as practical gain and loss/rough profit management data. |
