PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a winding core by reducing the quantity of raw material, even though an allowable decrease is generated in space factor. SOLUTION: A round tube-shaped coil bobbin for turning a winding is fitted to a winding core 1. Each cross-sectional outer shape of start and finishing ends 11 and 12, and each cross-sectional outer shape of a central part 13 in the winding core 1 have an almost round shape along the inner face of the coil bobbin. At the same time, each cross-sectional outer shape of middle parts 16 and 17 between the central part 13 and the winding start and finishing ends 11 and 12 are made to be almost linear.
