PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a slip-lock part in a suction cup, to fix without slipping down even in the water and a wet surface, prevent natural coming off by preventing infiltration of air as a liquid contained in the suction cup, prevent the rattle of an external thread by using a hold implement, and maintain stable suction, in the suction cup sucking an internal or external thread thereby in a hard fragile plane of glass surface, tile surface, etc., so as to easily mount a rack and other various things by a screw. SOLUTION: An internal thread is cut in the center of a disk 1 of metal or synthetic resin, a skin or synthetic leather 2 is fixed to a reverse surface thereof, a surface of the disk 1 of metal or synthetic resin is coated with foaming rubber 3 excellent in air-tightness and foaming rubber 4 excellent in restoration quality, the outer periphery of these disks is enveloped by sponge 5, an external thread 6 is screwed as necessary to the internal thread of the disk 1, these members, serving as the vertex, are mounted in six opened suction cups 7, and by using a hold implement 8, the rattle of the external thread is prevented to hold more stable suction of the suction cup 7, a hold implement mounting position adjusting internal thread 9 and a hold implement fixing internal thread 10 are used.
