The armature has a rectangular housing (2) with two long sides (6, 8) along which runs a lamp house (70, 72). The lamp house's inner side walls are formed by shanks (38, 40) on a u-shaped groove (34) of curved sheeting. The groove's body forms part of the armature housing's (2) underside. The transition from the groove's body (36) and shank (38 and 40 respectively) comes via a moulding designed as a support joint (78, 80) for a lamp glass (74, 76). The upper ends (42, 44) of the shanks (38, 40) are airtight and secured at the armature housing's top side (4), and are designed as reserve joints (50, 52) for an air-cleaning filter (54). One end of the groove (34) is airtight and enclosed by a wall of the armature housing (2), and the other short side is airtight and adjoined to a cross wall (30) in the housing, in which a vent (28) is placed for air coming from the adjacent centrifugal fan (24) by the side of the groove (34), which sucks in air through an incoming vent in the armature housing's (2) underside.<IMAGE> |
