PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a suspend call from being disconnected even when a radio communication terminal activated in an in-radio base station suspension function moves to the outside of area. SOLUTION: In this radio communication equipment capable of utilizing the in-radio base station suspension function for suspending a call under communication in the state of keeping the connection of a radio communication line between the radio base station and the radio communication terminal and an in-radio base station system suspension function for disconnecting the radio communication line by suspending the call under communication on the side of the radio base station, the in-radio base station system suspension function is activated (S309, S310) when a receiving state is worse than a prescribed state (YES respectively at S303, S304) in the operating state of the in-radio base station suspension (S301, S302).
