PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of an electrical connector by reducing the number of parts items or components of the connector. SOLUTION: In a method, with which an electric connector which is used for at least electrically connecting a BGA(ball grid array) type semiconductor package to a printed board via plural conductive filaments 5, plural conductive filament piece sections 8 are arranged by making grooved holes in parallel with each other through a conductive plate 6, in the arranging direction of the filament piece sections 8 and the piece sections 8 are formed into wavy shapes by bending the plate 6. Then an insulating material layer 12, in which the conductive plate 6 is embedded and protected, in such a way that the plural peaks 9 of each piece section 8 are exposed from the front surface of the insulating layer, and the plural troughs 10 of each section 8 are exposed from the rear surface of the layer 12. Finally, conductive filaments 5 are formed in a state, where the filaments 5 are insulated from each other by removing the inclined pieces of the peaks 9 and troughs 10 of each section 8.
