PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the rise of the voltage in the constant current driving and to elongate the luminance half life with high luminescence by forming an electron transfer layer of a specific thickness including a specific amount of a chelate complex, between a luminescent layer held between an anode and a cathode and including an organic luminescent material, and the cathode.
