PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a radiation noise suppressing part which is simple in structure and high in radiation noise suppressing effect. SOLUTION: This mounting structure is structured through a manner where a radiation noise suppressing part 5 composed of a magnetic sheet 4 and a conductor layer 3 formed on the magnetic sheet 4 is pasted on the upside of a CPU 2 mounted on a circuit board 1. The conductor layer 3 is provided on the surface of the magnetic sheet 4, and the magnetic sheet 4 is located between the conductor layer 3 and the CPU 2. The conductor layer 3 is grounded to a grounding pattern 7 of the circuit board 1 through a conductor 6.
