PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of nursing/caring service data in a medical treatment/welfare field which does not need much trouble and time to the termination of an office work processing in the processing of nursing/ caring service data and is useful in terms of cost. SOLUTION: The processing method of nursing/caring service data in a medical treatment/welfare field where the recording of the content of nursing/ caring service is filled in a data sheet for data reading machine at every item, the data sheets are set in a data reader as they are in a stage where a prescribed number of data sheets are stored, various pieces of data are automatically taken into a computer from the data reader so as to add them up, a prescribed pattern of data such as a required report, a registry and an account is selected and printing is executed is set to be a basic means.
