PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a point calculating method and a point card which add and execute a program supporting a point addition system proper to a store without performing addition and change to a store terminal in a program that performs point calculation of a point card utilized when an article is purchased. SOLUTION: A card issuing terminal 4 issues the IC card 2 of each user. A store terminal 3 loads a program proper to the store into the IC card 2, sets point data proper to the store and also calls out an inherent program in the IC card 2. The inherent program in the IC card 2 calculates points according to a point addition system proper to the store and updates remaining points in the IC card 2. |
