PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the desk/wall-type member for a device, which can immediately change an installation state at the time of installing the device on a desk or a wall face. SOLUTION: The member is constituted of a fitting tool 38 provided with board-like base part 30 which can be installed on a desk face or a wall face, main body sandwiching parts 32 formed of a pair of opposite projection rib forms which are integrally formed from the base part 30, sliding grooves 34 installed on the inner sides of the main body sandwiching parts 32 and board- like elastic displacement parts 36 corresponding to main body projection parts for preventing a drop of the main body at the time of wall-type use, and a device main body part 48 provided with guides 40 which are integrally formed with a main body casing like rails and are formed of projecting rib forms on the right/left ends of a back side, a guide stop part 42 to which a part of the guide 40 protrudes and which is formed to stop the rail-like ribs, a projection part 44 to which a part of the guide 40 protrudes for preventing the drop at the time of wall-type use and which corresponds to the board-like elastic displacement part 36 and holding faces 46 formed of recessed forms on the right/ left sides below the main body.
