PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disenable operating a part of functions among the plural ones by enabling executing an inoperative function which is set by means of an inoperative function setting means when a newly inputted password is judged to coincide with the registered one. SOLUTION: System control MCU: 10 controls a key signal, a power source and display relation or the like. A 'menu' key is operated and the item of an 'erasing function' in the 'other' menus is selected. Then the setting item of a 'photo' in the menu of 'camera setting', for example, is erased. Then the item of a 'password input' in the 'other' menus is selected and also the password is inputted. The inputted password is registered in the memory of the system control MCU: 10 so that the 'photo' function is made to be inoperative. Thus, in the case the newly inputted password coincides with the registered one, the erased function item, for example, the 'photo' is restored.
