PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load for preparing program and for measurement operation, and at the same time, increase the degree of freedom of the measurement operation. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a coordinates fetching part 21 as a measurement data input means for inputting measurement data that have been obtained by measuring an object to be measured in an arbitrary order, a contact direction emergence part 22, and a measurement element recognition part 23. Measurement data that have been inputted by the measurement data input means are stored by the measurement data storage part 24. Design data corresponding to each measurement part of the object to be measured are stored at a design data storage part 25. A comparison processing part 26 obtains the design data that best match with the measurement data being stored in the measurement data storage part 24 from the data storage part 25 and compare them with the measurement data. The comparison result is stored in a comparison result storage part 27.
