PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a risk of giving the third party use permission without ruining operability of a subject who is permitted use by collating to a time to hold an input device in a state in which it is depressed in inputting a character every character of a user identifier in addition to collation to the user identifier. SOLUTION: In addition to a character string of a password from a key board 101, a key press down state hold time is taken into consideration, the hold time is classified into three steps and they are registered. The key press down state hold time is measured by a time measurement part 104 every character of a password which a user inputs from the key board 101 and is collated to a time classification registered in a hard disk device 105 beforehand at an inputted contents collation part 107. Then, collation is performed with respect to all the characters of the inputted passwords and, when both the character string and the key press down state hold time coincide with the character string of a registered password of a subject who is permitted use and the key press down state bold time, the use permission is given. |
