The invention relates to an electrically conductive and optically transparent material consisting of an oxidic semiconductor with great band gap. Said material consists of a three-dimensional porous lattice which is preferably formed by interconnected particles with diameters of less than 100 nm, advantageously of less than 20 nm. For this purpose, the material consists of individual porous aggregates of interconnected particles which aggregates should have diameters of less than 500 nm. The material is condensed from the atomic gaseous phases of its elements which are contained in said gaseous phases in oversaturation in the form of interconnected particles forming a porous lattice. In order to obtain the aggregates, the lattice can be mechanically processed to reduce in size. |
