The ring binder device includes a binder cover (10) with a closing and opening ring lock to take the individual maps (14, 14') and enables a driver to mark a route reversibly. The street maps are each welded into a transparent plastic cover. The binder cover includes a holder (16) into which a felt-tip pen (17) can be inserted.
