Wavefront shape sensing device

Device comprises a spatial light modulator (MSL) receiving an optical beam and transmitting only part of it, a focusing lens (OBJ) and a photodetector (DET) positioned in a plane that is in or close to the focal plane. A control device allows certain pixels to be selected and the collection of successive images made by the photodetector is used to reconstruct the wavefront.
