A flat-sectioned telescope arrangement has a part (28) which is movable outwards in a hollow cylindrical section (26) by means of one or two springs. The ends of the telescope arrangement are each joined to a synthetic resin base plate. The lifting movement of the telescope arrangement is restricted by a stop (28). The hollow cylindrical part is joined by connecting arms (25).
