FIELD: electronic equipment. SUBSTANCE: usage meter with flow body has filter, which provides filtration of output signal noise using frequency response of operating high-pass filter from set of chosen filters. Single-pole high-pass filters in the set have alternating conjugated frequencies and respective values of up and down switching. Selection of specific filter is provided by logical circuit, which uses specific method for selection depending on increase or decrease in usage. Filtered signal is converted to current or frequency signal which carries information about usage. In addition device may have low-pass filter, which is chosen from set of low-pass filters. EFFECT: increased speed of initiation, increased stability to noise for wide dynamic range. 11 cl, 6 dwg
