PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washhand counter for a wheelchair user convenient to use while sitting on a wheelchair. SOLUTION: This center part of a counter front edge part 2 is curved to the inside over appropriate width to form a recessed part 2a, and the front edge part of a counter upper face part 3 is erected at a suitable inclined angle to form a flashing 4. Elbow insertion parts 5a of recessed groove like internal shape recessed to the inside from the erected edge 4a of the flashing 4, projected to the front side at both lateral side ends on the front side and extended into the washhand recessed part are formed in the counter upper face part 3, and a washhand recessed part 5 with a drain hole 6 is formed at a bottom part. A faucet disposing hole 7 is further provided on the inside of the washhand recessed part 5 in the counter upper face part 3 to form a washhand counter 1.
