PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeder capable of efficiently feeding parts by aligning them in a row with less damage to be done to the chip parts. SOLUTION: A bulk case 4 is installed on an upper part of an outside storage chamber 2 to which a large number of chip parts C can be input, and a specified number each of the parts C are fed to an inside chamber 21 of a part storage chamber from the outside storage chamber 2 through a feeding passage 6. The parts C of the inside chamber 21 are scooped up by a pocket 13 in accordance with rotation of a rotating drum and put in an outside chamber 22 through an introduction passage 24 from a socket 23. Thereafter, the parts C drop in an alignment groove 30 and are aligned and discharged in a state of being aligned in a row through a gate 32 and a discharge passage 33. The excessive parts in the outside chamber 22 are scooped up by a scooping part 16 provided on the rotating drum 10 and returned to the inside chamber 21 through a returning passage 9. Consequently, it is possible to maintain the number of the parts in the outside chamber 22 in a small number and to maintain aligning efficiency. |
