PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a strongly adhered laminated film by laminating a resin layer composed of mainly a poly(vinyl alcohol) on a treated surface after treated with flame plasma of specific intensity on at least one side of a polyolefin film. SOLUTION: A polyolefin film is treated with flame plasma having 2-10 Kcal/m2 of treating intensity to at least one side of the film wherein thickness is 1-500μm; surface roughness (Ra) is 0.5-100 nm; and a haze value is not more than 15%. Then, a complex film is formed by laminating a resin layer composed of mainly a poly(vinyl alcohol) with 0.1-10μm of thickness on a treated surface making 35-65 mN/m of a wetting index. Further, to an extent of controlling adhesion of dust on the opposite side, an antistatic property is preferably given by corona discharge treatment in air or nitrogen gas. Polyolefin for the film is polypropylene, polyethylene, polybutene, etc.
