PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use even a material which is poor in cushioning performance while desired cushioning performance is maintained by including a plurality of first support members made of a foaming material having desired cushioning performance and a second support member made of the foaming material which is different from the first support member in a physical property value and/or specific gravity for coupling the first support members with one another. SOLUTION: An internal structure of the foaming cushion 1 comprises a plurality of first support members 2 made of a foaming material having desired cushioning performance, which are integrally molded by multi-layered foaming technology in a form that they are coupled by a second support member 3 which is made of the foaming material different in a physical property value or specific gravity from the first support material. While it is necessary to use a material having cushioning performance with a good physical property value as the first support member 2, while the second support member 3 need not be of the same material as the first member 2, wherein a less expensive material with a less physical property value than the first member 2 can be used. Thus a cushioning material with the same cushioning performance but with a less cost can be obtained than a case where both members are formed using materials of uniform quality.
