PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety, to eliminate irritation to the human body, and improve emulsion stability by combining a sucrose fatty acid ester the triester content of which is not exceeding a specified value with an ionic surfactant in a specified ratio for use. SOLUTION: A sucrose fatty acid ester at least 30 wt.% in triester content and 1.6-2.9 in average degree of esterification is combined with an anionic surfactant such as a long chain aliphatic metal salt (soap), an alkane sulfonic acid salt, an alkylbenzene sulfonic acid salt, a higher alcohol fatty acid salt, a dialkyl sulfocuccinic acid salt, and an organic acid monoglyceride salt, or a cationic surfactant such as an alkylamine salt, an alkyl ammonium salt, and an alkyl pyridinium salt in a specified ratio for use. In this way, safety is improved, stimulation to a human body is eliminated, and emulsion stability is improved. |
