PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to improve the adhesion of a heat seal by deaerating air foams before the center seal in a packaging device to form a packaged body by folding a foam sheet. SOLUTION: A heat seal device 20 of a packaging device is provided with a feed roll 220, and feeds a foam sheet 5 folded from its center to a heat seal roll 230. The feed roll 220 and the heat seal roll 230 are subjected to the drive force, and synchronously rotated in the same direction. A deaerating roll 210 provided on the upstream side of the feed roll is provided with wires projecting in the radial direction on a disk-like outer circumferential surface, and air foams in the center seal part are pierced to deaerate air.
