PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent exertion of a hindrance to washing when moisture freezes and a foreign matter enters by forming a support shaft in almost parallel to a rotary shaft of a rocker brush, and constituting a swinging driving means of an electric motor for arranging an output shaft in almost parallel to or coaxially with the support shaft. SOLUTION: A support shaft 4 is supported by a bearing (b) fixed to one side part 1a of a traveling frame 1 so that a driven sprocket 9 is fixed to the support shaft 4. An electric motor 10 as a swinging driving means is arranged in one side part 1a of the traveling frame 1 so that a driving sprocket 11 is fixed to an output shaft 10t parallel to the support shaft 4 of the electric motor 10. The support shaft 4 is arranged so as to incline by a prescribed angleαto a vertical line S in the direction for separating the upper part from an automobile, the rotary shaft 81 is parallel to the support shaft 4 in a rocker brush 8, and the rotary shaft 81 is also arranged so as to incline by a prescribed angleαto the vertical line S in the direction for separating the upper part from the automobile to thereby wash the automobile without hindrance by preventing freezing of moisture and an entrance of a foreign matter.
