PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce the fixture of a concrete foundation of an existing wooden dwelling to a wooden sill column or a perpendicular wooden column built thereon so as to be firm and earthquake-resistant. SOLUTION: In an earthquake-resistant reinforcement method of a concrete foundation, a wooden sill column 19 arranged on the concrete foundation 18 and a perpendicular wooden column 26 erected perpendicular to the wooden sill column 19, only an external wall of specified height and width is removed around the perpendicular wooden column 20, a nut 15 threaded on its outer circumference and its inner side is driven in the wooden sill column 19 and the perpendicular wooden column 20, a bolt is anchored in the concrete foundation, a reinforcing and cover-receiving plate 12 of the thickness of the external wall, and an earthquake-resistant plate 11 of the width and length capable of fixing the perpendicular wooden column 20 and the wooden sill column 19 in a bracing manner at least to some part are fixed to the nut and the bolt anchored in the concrete foundation 18, the cover 11 is fitted to the reinforcing and cover-receiving plate 12 effect the post-processing.
