PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the airtightness and adhesion of an apparatus and to obtain a mortar molding which is good in finishing and has no burr in its peripheral part. SOLUTION: A freely vertically movable upper frame 1, a lower frame 8, an upper mold 2 which contacts the inside of the upper frame and is arranged freely vertically movably, and a lower mold 3 which is set to contact the inside of the lower frame are provided. The upper frame can be arranged without leaving a gap between it and the lower frame, when mortar is supplied, the upper surface of the lower frame is arranged above the molding surface of the lower mold, and the lower mold is surrounded by the lower frame.
