PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool stand such that a thread wheel and a thread extending out of the thread wheel can be precisely and simply set and effectively arranged to use, the thread can be prevented from inserting between the thread wheel and a guide member, its structure can be simplified, and the production cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: This spool stand 1 comprises a supporting member 2, a guide member 3, a second guide member 4, plural thread holding mechanisms 5, a leg 6, and so on. Especially, the supporting member 2 and the guide member 3 made of synthetic resin are integrated with index parts 1, 2, 3, respectively, in order to make plural supporting members 15 correspond with plural guide parts 21, respectively.
