<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission device for preventing the affect of moisture in atmosphere to luminous elements formed of an organic compound, providing the long life and applied preferably to an exposure section of electronic photograph type. SOLUTION: A monitoring temperature sensor 706 and a heating element 708 are attached to a luminous matter array 709 formed of a number of lines of luminous elements 707, and a driving control section 701 of the array is constituted of a CPU 702, a ROM 703, a RAM 704 and an input and output port 705. The heating element 708 is constituted of an electric resistor formed of a mixed member such as carbon, and the heating element is provided with an electric property of resistance having a positive correlation with temperature, and its head is autonomously equilibrated to the given temperature. While respective sections are controlled in compliance with input data such as the image information by the CPU 702, the temperature state of the luminous elements 707 is monitored. The luminous elements 707 are heated in the standby state in which the input data is not stored and kept at the given temperature.</p> |
