<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of assuring the good accuracy of a current, realizing high sharpness and regulating display luminance while maintaining chromaticity when a current driving type display device integrated with current DACs and current sources necessary for the same by polycrystalline silicon thin-film transistors. <P>SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a master current source circuit (100), a plurality of current copier circuits (101) for copying the master current, an addition type current source (103) for outputting the copied current alone or adding and outputting the same, the plurality of the current DACs (104) for adding and outputting the currents copied according to the inputted digital data by copying the output current of the current source circuit and a pixel circuit (105) for copying the output currents of the current DAC cells and supplying the same to light emitting elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
