PURPOSE:To reduce the processes for the preparation of pins into half by using wire-cut electrical discharge machining by a large margin. CONSTITUTION:A groove 13 is formed onto the upper surface of an SUS-304 material 11 by a side cutter 12. The material 14 having the groove 13 worked is set onto a wire-cut electrical discharge machine 15, and a square pillar member 16 is worked. Then, Stellite rod 18 is Stellite build-up-welded into the groove 13 on the square pillar member 16 by using an acetylene burner 19, and then annealed for removing stress in an electrical furnace, etc. Then, the square pillar member is cut into a prescribed length by a wire-cut electrical discharge machine 15 again, and a build-up square pillar member 20 is formed. Finally, the member is cut in one time to a pin having a prescribed section by the working machine 15. |
