PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel damper device capable of being easily manufactured and controlling cost. SOLUTION: A damper device 1 provided between a girder 2 and a pier 3 is constituted of a first fixture 5A with an interlocking bar 5 fixed to the lower surface of the girder 2, a second fixture 6 fixed to the upper surface of a bridge 3, a mild steel pipe 7 with both ends borne on the second fixture 6 and a transferring member 8 fixed to a middle part of the steel pipe 7 and holding the interlocking bar 5. Then, when a severe earthquake occurs, the steel pipe 7 is deformed by strong vibration, the vibration transferred to the girder 2 is damped, and the falling of the girder 2 is controlled. Since vibration impact absorption is made by the mild steel pipe 7, a manufacturing cost can be controlled. The steel pipe 7 is provided to the second fixture 6 and transferring member 8 in a detachable manner, and the steel pipe 7 can be easily changed after the deformation. |
