PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a short work between a fixed pressing plate and a movable pressing plate. SOLUTION: A fitting hole 11 comprising an insert hole and an elongated hole with a width smaller than the inside diameter thereof connected to each other is bored in the end part on the direction opposite to the feed direction of a work 9 in one of a fixed pressing plate 2 and a movable pressing plate 3, and a spacer 12 having a head part 12a having an outside diameter inserted in the insert hole and a length substantially equal to the outside diameter of the work 9 to be cut and a shaft part having a length substantially equal to the board thickness of the fixed or movable pressing plates and with an outside diameter insertable in the elongated hole without play is removably installed in the fitting hole 11.
