PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for sweeping and wiping which can completely remove dust and soil of a black board, a white board, a building floor, a side wall, a furniture, furnishings or the like by using an ultrafine fiber fabric. SOLUTION: Two or more small piercing holes 2 are provided, at appropriate interval therebetween, on an ultrafine fiber fabric 1 having optional width and length, and a sponge material 3 having an optional thickness is adhered on an entire surface of the ultrafine fiber fabric 1 by an adhering means for integrally constructing. The ultrafine fiber fabric 1 can be used repeatedly, however it is not permeable to water and does not generate bubbles if a detergent is applied because it is a nonwoven fabric composed of very fine fiber. Therefore, it is integrated with the sponge material 3 for using.
